By visiting or using the rmcuci platform, you confirm that you have fully read and understood these terms and conditions. This acceptance occurs automatically when you: (a) register a new account at rmcuci; (b) log in to your existing account; (c) make any deposit or withdrawal; or (d) participate in any game or betting activity on our platform.

• The minimum and maximum bets for each game are as specified within the respective game interface.

• Collusion between players to cheat the system or other players in table games or poker.

• Sharing, selling, or transferring your account to another individual.

Rmcuci uses advanced technology to detect suspicious activity. Any account suspected of involvement in the above activities will be suspended immediately while an investigation is conducted. rmcuci reserves the right to report illegal activities to the relevant authorities.

Closure by Member: You may close your rmcuci account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Before closure, please ensure all pending withdrawals have been settled. Any remaining balance will be processed for return to you upon proper identity verification.

Suspension or Closure by rmcuci: rmcuci reserves the right to suspend or close your account without prior notice if:

• You are found to have violated any provision of these terms and conditions.
• Rmcuci suspects your account is involved in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal activities.
• You fail to complete the KYC process within the stipulated timeframe after being requested to do so.
• There are legal compliance requirements or directives from authorities that necessitate such action.

In cases of account suspension due to a terms violation, rmcuci reserves the right to hold the credit balance in the relevant account until the investigation is concluded. If the violation is proven, the balance may be forfeited.

Rmcuci provides its gaming platform on an "as-is" basis. While we strive to ensure continuous and error-free service, we cannot guarantee that the platform will always be available or free from technical disruptions.

Rmcuci shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses incurred as a result of your own betting or gaming decisions.
• Service disruptions resulting from scheduled maintenance or circumstances beyond our control (force majeure).
• Losses caused by a user's negligence in protecting their login credentials or account password.

Rmcuci's maximum liability to any member in any claim shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that member in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where rmcuci is registered and operates. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms and conditions or the use of the rmcuci platform shall first be resolved through voluntary negotiation within 30 days. Should negotiation fail, the dispute will be referred to arbitration or a court of competent jurisdiction.
